The M9101A, a high-density, 64-channel PXI multiplexer routes many different channels to a single point. The switches operate in a break-before-make mode that ensures no two points are connected at the same time or, if needed multiple channels can connect simultaneously. Each channel switches a high and a low for 2-wire switching up to 100Vrms, with up to 10W of power. Connection options include the durable connector block or the standard cable connections.

Standard corrosion testing cells may have a large volume, since corrosion products shall not change the solution grossly during the test. On the other hand, it may be valuable to collect corrosion products - then a very small volume is desired ("eluation cell"). Special corrosion tests for pitting reqiure a setup where undesired crevice corrosion is excluded ("Avesta cell" , "Quarfort Cell" or "Flushed port cell". Or you want to investigate in crevice corrosion, then the cell design should meet such conditions. The Snapshot cable checker gives professionals and layman the ability to check cables instantly upon plug-in, with no buttons pressed or displays read. With its built-in memory, the Snapshot simply checks each cable plugged in against a correctly-configured cable pre-set by the user, and indicates the cable’s status with a sound. For pin-by-pin cable checking, the 〝standard check〞mode offers a plain LED-displayed check of the cable’s pins, checked automatically or manually. The Snapshot also generates a tone along the length of cables, making finding and following the cable with a tone probe a snap. A remote unit allows testing of already-installed cables, and a built-in line tester verifies phone line polarity and detects voltage before it threatens the safety of the test unit. A shield-test feature automatically tests cable shielding and a battery-low indicator prevents misreading results.

The standard temperature version (to 1200℃) is supplied with high purity alumina rods. The high temperature option is furnished with alpha grade silicon carbide rods. Rods are made to order to the length required for your furnace. Mounting brackets may be integrated with the furnace cut-out. Epsilon can also provide optional load frame mounting brackets to fit your test frame. Contact edges on the test sample should be somewhat rounded (not sharp knife edges) for best performance with this model. The Model 3548COD extensometers are strain gaged devices, making them compatible with any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers. Most often they are connected to a test machine controller. The signal conditioning electronics for the extensometer is typically included with the test machine controller or may often be added. In this case the extensometer is shipped with the proper connector and wiring to plug directly into the electronics. For systems lacking the required electronics, Epsilon can provide a variety of solutions, allowing the extensometer output to be connected to data acquisition boards, chart recorders or other equipment.

Bringing the signal into a spare DC input channel (or external input) on the test controller allows the extensometer to be used for strain controlled tests like low cycle fatigue.

LE-1500R can run as a stand- alone by the internal battery for long time and can be remotely controled by a PC or a smart phone via Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi function is available only in USA, Canada, Japan, and EU). The analyzer has a TTL measurement port (which supports UART communication) as its standard port besides RS-232C, RS-422, and RS-485. It can monitor communication data of max 500Kbps for up to 32MB (8,000,000 data) in real time and also can execute a simulation testing of send/receive data. It also has a BERT function (which is not equipped with the analyzers of this pricing level) as its standard function. The correct time stamp, the measurement of idel time (which are the difficult for other software analyzers), and the capturing ability (without missing data) are the best options for trouble shooting and development test of a communication sytem which requires a reliablity.
